You will receive an email confirmation when your order is dispatched together with a tracking number.  Please note that RM24 does not provide live tracking from dispatch, only confirmation of delivery. 

FREE ROYAL MAIL DELIVERY (RM TRACKED 24)

While RM24 is very reliable with delivery usually taking place Next Day, this is not 100% guaranteed and may on occasion arrive later than expected which we understand is frustrating.  Unfortunately we are unable to raise an enquiry with Royal Mail until 10 days after the expected delivery date although please feel free to get in touch as we  are here to help in any way we can. 

PREFERRED DELIVERY DATE

When choosing a preferred delivery date, please always take into consideration our current dispatch times.  We will dispatch items with a PDD using RM24 Two days prior to allow time for the item to arrive.

Free RM24 delivery on orders over £40.  Orders under £40 will have a delivery charge of £4.99
